I offer counseling for adults in Dallas and Richardson, with telehealth across Texas. My approach is down-to-earth and shaped by fifteen years in private practice.

Counseling focus
These are a few ways I help. If your concern is not listed, we can still talk about fit.
Feeling stuck, disconnected, or low on motivation.
Communication, conflict, and recurring patterns.
Faith can be part of our work if you want it to be.
Stress, relationships, and patterns that keep returning.
An honest look at use, coping, and support.
A healthier way to work and lead.
Stress, grief, life changes, parenting, and more.
A bit about me
I grew up in Richardson and now raise my family here. In counseling, I draw on CBT to understand the patterns behind what you are experiencing and find useful ways forward.
My style is relaxed and direct. You can speak plainly, and faith can be part of the work if you want it to be.
I’m a founder and managing partner at Magnolia Counseling Group. This site is about working with me directly; I can also help with referrals when another clinician is a better fit.
